Customer Support / Calling Executives

We are hiring 2 Calling / Customer Support Executives – 1 Male & 1 Female for Maxima Solutions, Hyderabad.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Voice Process, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong experience in handling customer calls, understanding requirements, resolving queries, and maintaining professional conversations.
• Should be confident, polite, patient, and comfortable handling high-volume calls.
• Good active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems is preferred.
• Candidates should have a professional attitude and good command of English.

Salary Budget: ₹24,000 – ₹30,000 per month
