Role Description The International Travel Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end international trip operations, including itinerary planning, booking flights and accommodations, coordinating local transportation, and ensuring all travel documents and visas are in order. The specialist will monitor bookings and schedules, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records of traveler information and trip details.
Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with international suppliers and partners, addressing traveler inquiries and concerns, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from pre-departure through post-trip feedback. The role also involves analyzing operational data to improve processes, support cost efficiency, and maintain compliance with international travel and trade regulations where applicable.
Qualifications
Strong international operations and international trade skills, with experience managing cross-border travel processes. Excellent analytical skills for reviewing itineraries, costs, and operational data to optimize travel experiences. Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with travelers, partners, and internal teams. Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and traveler satisfaction. Knowledge of international travel requirements, such as visas, travel insurance, and regulatory compliance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency with travel booking systems, CRM tools, and common office software. Bachelor's degree in travel & tourism, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in international travel operations is highly valued.Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and fluent International Operations Executive with 6 months–1 year of experience in international travel operations.
Manage international travel bookings and operations.
Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and suppliers.
Handle confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution of itineraries.
Resolve operational issues and manage last-minute changes.
Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate booking documentation.
Requirements:
6 months–1 year experience in international travel operations or hospitality.
Excellent and fluent English communication skills.
Very high confidence, especially on calls.
Strong voice modulation and professional communication.
Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and take ownership.
