Role & responsibilities

To Lead and execute high-quality video shoots as a skilled videographer, demonstrating strong technical proficiency with cameras, lighting, and on-set practices to capture visually compelling content.

To produce high quality multimedia content for deployment over the web and Android app - including the planning, filming, editing, sound mixing, graphic design and compression output and distribution of a wide range of products.

• To Facilitate video projects from beginning to end, both on-site and off-site.
• To Edit and produce video and audio products - long and short forms for multiple digital platforms to brand and quality standards.
• To Work with the Producer throughout the lifecycle of the production.
• To Produce compelling, dynamic graphics.
• To Create repeatable / streamlined processes for on-going project needs.
• To Contribute to the conceptualization of projects.
• To Work collaboratively with other video team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a creative and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment:

• A degree in Multimedia, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with video production and editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.
• Solid understanding of film and production equipment, including cameras, lenses, and audio gear (equalizers, noise reducers, audio mixing consoles, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows (such as generative AI for video, image, or audio enhancement) is a strong plus.
• A creative thinker with a keen visual sense and the ability to translate ideas into compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output across all deliverables.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
