About the PositionOverflow Enterprises, Inc. is expanding our retail team in La Vista, Nebraska! We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, learning about new technology, andworking in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Wireless Retail & Customer Service Associate, you'll assist customers with wireless products, mobile service plans, and available promotions while providing a positive shopping experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in retail, wireless technology, customer service, sales, and professional development. No previous wireless experience is required. Paid training is provided!
What You'll DoGreet and assist customers at assigned retail partner locations.Educate customers about wireless products, mobile plans, and service options.Explain current wireless promotions, features, and benefits.Help customers compare products and identify suitable wireless solutions.Answer questions about smartphones, mobile services, and connectivity options.Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.Support in-store product promotions and customer engagement activities.Work with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.Interest in smartphones, wireless technology, and mobile services.Willingness to learn about new products and promotions.Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment.Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends as required.Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
