Associate Director, Legal Counsel | Pharmaceutical | New JerseyI'm partnering with a global pharmaceutical company, known for high quality generics and a growing specialty pipeline, to find an Associate Director of Legal for their North America business. This is a high visibility role reporting directly to the General Counsel, supporting the US and Canadian markets across BD, Commercial, Operations, and HR.

What you'll do:Draft and negotiate business development agreements, including term sheets, in-licensing, out-licensing, and acquisition dealsDraft and negotiate commercial, vendor, and confidentiality agreements, and help resolve partner and customer disputesAdvise HR, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Finance, and Compliance on a wide range of legal and regulatory mattersPartner with outside counsel on litigation, including antitrust and product liability
What you'll bring:JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school, licensed in at least one state (New Jersey bar or eligibility for NJ in-house xzbcwsv counsel preferred)6 to 8+ years of experience at a large U.S. law firm and/or in-houseStrong track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractsPharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
Compensation: $175,000 to $195,000 base, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
