Keystone is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and energetic Brand Ambassador / Community Events Representative to help bring the Keystone brand to life at events throughout our communities.In this role, you'll represent Keystone at sporting events, trade shows, community festivals, sponsorship events, and other special events. One weekend you might be engaging with fans at a Philadelphia Union event, another might take you to a Penn State football weekend, a local community festival, or an industry trade show.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people and representing an organization professionally.
Role:Represent Keystone at sporting events, trade shows, festivals, community events, and other sponsored activitiesTravel to event locationsTransport event materials, marketing collateral, promotional items, and display equipmentSet up and tear down Keystone's event space, including canopies, tables, signage, displays, and other materialsWelcome attendees and engage them in friendly, approachable conversations about KeystoneDistribute marketing materials and promotional itemsHelp create a positive, professional, and memorable experience for event attendeesKeep the event area organized, stocked, and looking its best throughout each eventCoordinate with the Keystone team before and after events to ensure materials and equipment are readyTake photos and provide basic event feedback when requestedServe as a positive representative of Keystone everywhere you go
Who we're looking for:You don't need to be a professional salesperson. You do need to be someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and can confidently represent Keystone in public.The ideal candidate is:Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with new peopleDependable and punctualProfessional in appearance and communicationComfortable working independentlyOrganized and able to follow event instructionsWilling to travel to events throughout the regionAvailable for a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekendsComfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsPhysically able to load, unload, set up, and tear down event equipment, including a canopy, tables, signage, boxes of promotional materials, and similar itemsAble to [lift/carry up to XX pounds]In possession of a valid driver's license and [reliable transportation/ability to operate a Keystone-provided vehicle
This isn't a job where you'll spend every day behind a desk.You'll get to attend sporting events, community celebrations, trade shows, and other activities while helping Keystone build relationships with the people and communities we serve.
