Daily Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints (For lead carpenters)
• Performing finish carpentry work
• Wood Framing 
• Installing cabinetry

Required Skills:

• Experience with hand tools
• Knowledge of remodeling techniques
• Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing
• Strong woodworking skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (For lead carpenters)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of roofing techniques
• Concrete installation skills
• Quality control inspection abilities

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using personal protective equipment
• Knowledge of quality control inspection processes

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $42,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $72,800.00
• Health Insurance and Dental Insurance benefits
