The organization is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join its team as a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer.### Required Qualification and Experience* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) roles, preferably in menstrual health, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), or gender-focused projects.* Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis tools.* Demonstrated experience in report writing and donor reporting.* Knowledge of feminist principles, gender equality, and youth engagement approaches will be an advantage.* Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.### Key Competencies* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.* Gender-sensitive and inclusive approach.* Attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.* Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu.* Target-oriented and deadline-focused approach.* Consistent follow-up and a proactive team-working attitude.
