Recruitment Executive

BD Marketing Solutions PVT LTD provides BPO and call center services to US clients. We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who can identify, assess, and hire qualified candidates for our growing team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. Your primary responsibility will be recruitment, with limited support for routine HR and payroll coordination.

We value the quality of shortlisted candidates over the number of CVs collected. You should be able to assess applicants carefully and present candidates who meet the role’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and joining.
• Recruit for call center, customer support, sales, and other BPO positions.
• Assess candidates’ spoken English, communication skills, relevant experience, and suitability for US-client work.
• Confirm candidates’ salary expectations, availability, shift flexibility, and willingness to work on-site before shortlisting.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Post vacancies and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Follow up with selected candidates to support timely joining.
• Assist with basic HR documentation and payroll coordination when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least one year of hands‑on recruitment experience; BPO or call center recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience independently sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against specific hiring criteria.
• Strong organization, follow‑up, and record‑keeping skills.
• Availability for a full-time, on‑site role in Lahore.
