You will transform delivery practices to outcome-led consulting, scale a globally distributed team, and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance delivery and client experience. Your leadership shapes a dual-mode delivery capability—packaged, repeatable offerings and large transformative engagements—while acting as a senior client partner and strategist. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li health coverage for you and family /li li flexible locations and schedules /li li generous vacation /li li donation matching up to $2000 /li li volunteer time per year /li li parental leave (16 weeks minimum) /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead the international Delivery Management function across EMEA APJ (team of ~15, scale through 2027–2028) /li li Transform delivery practice from project execution to outcome-led consulting and higher-value client conversations /li li Champion adoption of Fixed Price engagements and manage scoping, pricing, and delivery while protecting margin /li li Develop dual-mode delivery: Packaged Solutions (repeatable, fixed-price) and Transformative Engagements (complex migrations) /li li Lead AI integration into Delivery Management to boost productivity, insights, and client experience /li li Design and embed delivery standards, frameworks, and AI-enabled tooling at scale /li li Act as player-coach with governance on complex/at‑risk engagements /li li Foster coaching culture and regional talent development to generate new opportunities /li li Partner with Regional Services Directors on pipeline, pre-sales, and commercial structuring including Fixed Price /li li Serve as connect-the-dots between Consulting, Sales, Customer Success, and Product for unified outcomes /li li Contribute to go-to-market evolution: methodology, packaged solutions, delivery models, AI tooling, and commercial frameworks /li li Represent Professional Services at senior leadership level to influence international growth /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 12+ years in management consulting, professional services, or enterprise SaaS delivery leadership /li li Proven experience building/leading delivery teams across EMEA and/or APJ /li li Designed, sold, and delivered Fixed Price engagements at scale /li li P L or delivery portfolio ownership with bookings, revenue, and margin improvement /li li Dual-mode delivery experience (high-velocity packages + complex transformations) /li li AI fluency in delivery context with practical use of AI tools to improve outcomes /li li Strong commercial acumen with ability to expand client accounts and shape SOWs /li li Executive presence with credibility at C-suite across geographies /li li People leadership at scale with coaching culture across timezones /li li Bonus: experience industrialising packaged services, AI tool deployment in services, enterprise SaaS platforms (Elastic, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks) /li li Bonus: pre-sales/solutioning and post-sales delivery lifecycle /li /ul ul li executive-level relationship building /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li strategic thinking and storytelling for value /li li AI in delivery management /li li delivery frameworks and standards /li li Fixed Price commercial discipline /li /ul
