We are looking for a passionate optometrist who enjoys interacting with doctors, learning new technologies, travelling, and demonstrating advanced ophthalmic equipment. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine clinical knowledge with technology, education, and customer engagement.

Job Summary

As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating ophthalmic diagnostic equipment at hospitals and eye clinics across North India. You will educate ophthalmologists and optometrists on the clinical benefits of our products, conduct hands-on demonstrations, answer clinical questions, and help customers understand how our equipment improves patient care.

You will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure every customer receives an excellent clinical experience before and after the purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to hospitals, eye clinics, and diagnostic centres for product demonstrations and customer visits.
• Conduct live demonstrations of ophthalmic diagnostic equipment on patients.
• Explain the clinical applications, features, and benefits of products to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and technicians.
• Assist doctors in obtaining accurate scans, measurements, and high-quality images during demonstrations.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer presentations and product evaluations.
• Address clinical questions and product-related queries confidently during demonstrations.
• Help doctors understand how the equipment can improve workflow, diagnostic accuracy, and patient outcomes.
• Build strong professional relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and hospital staff.
• Conduct application training after product installation to ensure users are confident with the equipment.
• Provide remote application support through phone, video calls, and WhatsApp whenever required.
• Identify whether customer concerns are related to clinical usage, operator technique, or technical issues, and coordinate with the service team when necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest ophthalmic technologies and continuously improve product knowledge.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, CMEs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.
• Prepare visit reports, maintain demonstration records, and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Represent Jaggi Brothers professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Optometry.
• Strong understanding of ophthalmic diagnostic procedures and instruments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in interacting with ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in ophthalmic equipment, clinical applications, have worked with OCT, Optical Biometers, Perimeters or Fundus Cameras.

Salary - 25000 to 50000 per month based on skills
