Partner

Our client, a well-established and highly respected AM Law 200 firm, is looking to add a Corporate Partner to their growing team. Rochester NY is the preferred location, but the firm is also open to candidates in Buffalo NY, Albany NY or New York City. A portable book of business is not required for this role. The Corporate Partner role will encompass the following responsibilities: Lead and oversee complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other strategic corporate transactions Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to expand and deepen client engagements across practice areas Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions for clients in connection with complex transactions, regulatory challenges, and strategic business initiatives Counsel clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, entity formation, restructuring initiatives, succession planning, compliance obligations, and other business-critical legal matters Supervise, mentor and develop associates and counsel within the Corporate
