Senior Field Service Tech

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as required by departmental needs. Follows safety practices and protocols per NFPA 70E at all times Travels to customer locations in a company vehicle to perform service activities Performs maintenance to ensure compliance to product specifications Installs or replaces batteries in inverter systems Performs system start up and commissioning Troubleshoots and repairs advanced level issues Education / Experience Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years technical training related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 5+ years of experience as a field service technician.
