Marriage Counsellor

<p>We are looking for a compassionate and experienced <strong>Marriage Counselor </strong> to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships. </p><p> Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions </li><li>Assess relationship dynamics and identify core issues </li><li>Develop structured therapy plans tailored to clients’ needs </li><li>Facilitate conflict resolution and communication strategies </li><li>Maintain confidential client records and documentation </li><li>Provide pre-marital and post-marital counseling support </li><li>Conduct workshops or group sessions (if required) </li> </ul><p> Requirements: </p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage &amp; Family Therapy </li><li>Relevant certification or license in counseling (preferred) </li><li>2–5 years of experience in marriage or relationship counseling </li><li>Strong interpersonal and active listening skills </li><li>High emotional intelligence and empathy </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism </li> </ul><p> Preferred Skills: </p><ul><li>Experience with CBT, EFT, or other therapeutic approaches </li><li>Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds </li><li>Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred) </li> </ul><p> What We Offer: </p><ul><li>Competitive compensation </li><li>Supportive and professional work environment </li><li>Opportunity to grow and conduct workshops/programs </li><li>Flexible working hours (if applicable) </li> </ul><p><br /></p>
