Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Srinagar. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for brand campaigns, marketing materials, social media content, and presentations that align with client strategies and Wudav’s brand storytelling approach. Daily tasks include developing logos and brand identities, designing layouts and graphics, selecting and refining typography, and preparing assets for print and digital formats. The role involves collaborating with strategists, writers, and clients to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives, iterating on feedback, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all touchpoints. The designer is expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative input to strengthen overall brand communication. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color, and composition. Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive and memorable brand identities. Candidates should possess skills in Typography and related visual detailing to ensure clear, impactful communication. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial. Experience creating assets for both digital and print channels, with an understanding of basic production requirements, is beneficial. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, brand storytelling, and visual consistency is beneficial. Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Srinagar, manage time effectively, and incorporate feedback constructively is beneficial.
