What You’ll Be Doing: • Install, configure, and support enterprise servers (Dell / HPE / Lenovo or equivalent) • Troubleshoot hardware issues: CPU, memory, disks, RAID/HBA controllers, firmware & drivers • Deploy and manage SAN/NAS storage (LUN provisioning, RAID, multipathing, performance tuning) • Administer virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere / ESXi Microsoft Hyper-V & Failover Clustering Linux KVM Manage VM lifecycle, HA, live migration & cluster patching/upgrades Deploy and support enterprise backup & DR solutions (Commvault, NetBackup, Veeam, etc.) Perform backup monitoring, restore validation & DR drills Administer Windows Server and Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu / SUSE) environments Execute OS patching, troubleshooting & performance optimization Monitor infrastructure health and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Coordinate with OEMs & vendors for escalations and RMAs Maintain technical documentation, SOPs & operational runbooks What We’re Looking For: • Strong expertise in server & storage architecture • Deep understanding of virtualization & clustering technologies • Hands-on experience in backup & disaster recovery environments • Proficiency in Windows & Linux OS administration • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, bonding, TCP/IP) • Experience working in enterprise / data center environments • Strong analytical, troubleshooting & incident management skills ✨ Preferred Certifications: • VMware VCP • Microsoft Certification (Windows Server / Hyper-V) • Red Hat (RHCSA / RHCE) • Backup or storage certifications (Commvault, NetBackup, etc.) Why You Should Apply: • Work on enterprise-scale infrastructure environments • Gain exposure to advanced virtualization & storage technologies • Play a key role in ensuring high availability & business continuity • Opportunity to lead critical incidents & infrastructure transformations • Enhance your expertise across multi-platform enterprise ecosystems Ready to Elevate Your Career in Enterprise Infrastructure?
