Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $30 .00/hr- $44 .00/hr .
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Full cycle recruiter.Open for all kinds of tech stack- Technical recruiter/ Fuctional Rectruiter/ Medical Recruiter. Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer processProvide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategyDrive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processesManage immigration cases and partner with internal immigration teams to ensure timely visa sponsorship and transfersOwn the offer process end-to-end: approvals, generation, extension, and negotiationHandle pre-boarding questions and coordinate on-boarding logistics for incoming hires integrity across all requisitionsFacilitate debrief discussions and calibrate interviewers to maintain bar consistencyIdentify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting velocity and quality xzbcwsv of hire
