Responsibilities include system deployment, configuration, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, backups, recovery, and Tier 1–3 technical support.Required Skills:5 years of experience with Windows and Red Hat Linux servers.5 years with Active Directory, VMware, hardware support, backup and recovery, and help desk support.Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills. xzbcwsv Preferred: Cybersecurity, networking equipment, video management systems, audio-video support, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
