Team members receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, package product, and stock shelves, cases, and bins, while maintaining neat attractive conditions and properly signed displays.Duties and responsibilities include:Provide quality customer serviceReceive, processes, prepares, wraps, slices, weighs, marks, and packages productsMaintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, to include stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating productMaintain proper cooler conditions to include coding, rotating, organizing cases of productMaintain proper prep area conditions, to include cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipmentAdhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as they apply to the deli areaMaintain safe and clean sales floor conditions, to include sweeping and moppingProvide exceptionally friendly and courteous customer serviceMust dress according to company policy and maintain a neat, clean appearance at all timesMust complete ELM training courses as they are added to the learning pageGeneral rules include:Report all accidents and file incident report to the supervisor within 24 hoursGet a First Aid kit immediately for all injuriesFollow instructions. Whenever in doubt, ask questionsReport unsafe conditions to the supervisorApparel and footwear must follow the company policyHorseplay is forbiddenNo running on the premisesKnow emergency evacuation routes, exits, and alarmsMust wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where requiredDemonstrate proper food safety and sanitation work habitsUse proper lifting proceduresKeep floors and work areas clear and cleanNever leave running machinery unattendedThis is a smoke free shop.
