Position OverviewJoin a well-established, physician-led OB/GYN practice in a close-knit community where you can build a long-term career while enjoying an exceptional 7-on/7-off schedule.
This is a full-scope OB/GYN opportunity combining outpatient gynecology, obstetrics, deliveries, surgical procedures, and hospital call. You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive medical team with the opportunity to build a strong patient panel and become an integral part of the community.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and inpatient settingsManage prenatal and postpartum care, routine gynecology, preventive care, and complex gynecologic conditionsPerform vaginal and C-section deliveries, including low- and high-risk obstetricsPerform gynecologic procedures and surgical cases, with minimally invasive surgery opportunitiesParticipate in hospital call coverageCollaborate with experienced physicians, advanced practice clinicians, midwives, and other specialistsUtilize Epic for comprehensive clinical documentationDevelop lasting relationships with patients and become a trusted provider within the local community
Schedule & Compensation7 days on / 7 days off7:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Dedicated hospital/inpatient coverage1:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Hospital call coverage; physicians may work in the clinic during this time if desiredAfter 7:00 PM: No overnight call requirementClinic is open until 10:30 PM for physicians who want additional clinical hours1099 physicians are compensated $2,500/day for the standard 7-on/7-off scheduleAdditional clinic work is compensated per patient visit, providing significant earning potentialPhysicians working the standard OB schedule can earn approximately $420,000 annually, with no cap on 1099 earningsW-2 option available for physicians who prefer a benefits package
