Job Purpose and Impact The Senior Merchant will be aligned to Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health business within the Risk Management and Sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for macro commodity sourcing for the Dairy Feed plants in India. You will handle a moderately complex supplier base and fulfill transactions delivering commodities that meet production requirements and specifications in terms of timing, volume, quantity and cost.
