Responsibilities Include:Manage loan, debt, and JV partner accounting for an open-ended REITOversee accounts payable, cash positions, and partner distributionsTechnical accounting research and application, including but not limited to loan accounting, consolidation, and VIE analysisOversee and maintain accounting ledgers, loan tape, and bank reconciliationsManage the year-end audit process
Preferred xzbcwsv Qualifications:7-12+ years of experience within real estate/public accountingGAAP and SEC reporting experienceYardi/MRI experience a plusCPA Preferred
