Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audiologist role based in New Delhi. The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and other relevant diagnostic tests to evaluate hearing and balance function. Daily responsibilities include interpreting test results, diagnosing hearing loss or related conditions, recommending appropriate interventions such as hearing aids or assistive listening devices, and fitting, programming, and fine-tuning hearing aids. The role involves providing counseling and education to patients and families on hearing health, device use, and communication strategies, as well as maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation. The Audiologist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, participate in follow-up care and hearing rehabilitation, and support community outreach or awareness activities related to hearing care.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical audiology skills, including hearing assessments, diagnostic testing, and interpretation of results.
• Candidates should possess skills in hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, verification, and troubleshooting of assistive listening devices.
• Candidates should possess patient counseling and communication skills to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies clearly and empathetically.
• Candidates should possess documentation and organizational skills to maintain accurate records, manage appointments, and follow established clinical protocols.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing, with appropriate professional licensure or registration as required.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, including flexibility to manage a varied patient caseload across age groups.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to relevant clinical standards and regulations.
• Prior experience in clinical audiology or hearing aid dispensing is beneficial; familiarity with modern audiology equipment and software is an advantage.
