QualificationsActive xzbcwsv NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing6+ years of experience originating and closing residential mortgage loans with a proven track record of successStrong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and the residential lending processExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience using loan origination systems (Arive experience is a plus)Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growing your business
