Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Republic Services seeks a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily shop operations supporting waste and recycling vehicles. In this role, you will supervise technicians, schedule and prioritize repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance is completed safely and on time. You’ll enforce DOT and company safety standards, manage parts and vendor relationships, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
