Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Market competitive + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

CoderzHunt is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inbound leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages or services.
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision is made.
• Share proposals, explain pricing, and handle customer objections professionally.
• Close deals and coordinate payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate lead records, statuses, and follow-up notes in the CRM or lead sheet.
• Provide weekly feedback on lead quality, customer concerns, and frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent and confident in Urdu; Punjabi and basic English are a plus.
• Strong phone communication and professional WhatsApp handling skills.
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with daily and monthly sales targets.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets or any CRM system.
