GC - Project Manager

Location: Centennial, Colorado Pay: $120,000- 140,000 per yearJob description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead significant commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout.We are looking for a proven General Contractor PM who can independently own project financials, schedule, subcontractors, client relationships, contracts, risk, and execution.This is not a specialty-trade PM role. Candidates must have experience managing the overall construction project on behalf of a commercial General Contractor.For the right person, this role also offers the opportunity to grow into broader construction operations leadership as the company expands.ResponsibilitiesFull project ownership from turnover through closeoutBudgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete, WIP, and profitabilityMaster schedules, milestone tracking, and recovery planningOwner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationshipsBuyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurementPay applications and subcontractor billing oversightProject risk identification and resolutionCoordination and accountability with Superintendents and field teamsOAC and internal project meetingsMentoring APMs and junior project staffRequired Experience7+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with a General Contractor5+ years as a Senior Project ManagerExperience independently managing commercial projects as the primary PMFull responsibility for project financials, forecasting, schedule, and subcontractor performanceStrong contract and change-management experienceStrong owner/client communication skillsAbility to lead and hold project teams accountablePreferredExperience managing $5M–$25M+ projectsGround-up commercial, multifamily, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, or complex renovation experienceExperience mentoring PMs, APMs, or SuperintendentsInterest in growing into broader operational leadershipLeadership OpportunityThis is first and foremost a Senior Project Manager role.For the right individual, there is an opportunity to take on broader responsibility across multiple project teams, staffing, operational systems, and project execution as Global Construction grows.Advancement would be based on performance, leadership ability, company needs, and mutual interest.Benefits:
