Role Overview: We're hiring a Sales Executive to drive venue and event sales for Yutori Spaces — generating leads, closing bookings, and building lasting client relationships across corporate, social, and experiential event segments. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and follow up on leads for corporate, social, and experiential event bookings. • Conduct site visits and venue walkthroughs for prospective clients. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and packages tailored to client needs. • Negotiate pricing and close bookings to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies for repeat business. • Coordinate with the operations/events team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings. • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM. • Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or venue/banquet sales. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills. • Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; sales or hospitality background preferred.
