Customer Success Engineer

Customer Success Engineer (Data & Automation) Location: Gurugram/Noida (Onsite), 5 days/week Experience: 1-3 Years Joining Timeline: Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers , troubleshoot production issues , and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications . You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers. Investigate incidents using application logs , SQL queries , and monitoring tools . Perform Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ) and drive issue resolution. Support REST APIs , webhooks , integrations , and authentication workflows . Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues. Manage customer onboarding , technical implementations , and ongoing production support . Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs . Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support. Strong understanding of SQL and REST APIs . Experience with Postman , webhooks , and API troubleshooting . Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript . Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP , or Azure . Familiarity with Linux , application logs , and production incident management . Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar. Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good to Have: Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software products. Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, workflow automation, or low-code platforms.
