Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead / Technical Architect with strong expertise in designing and delivering large-scale CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented multiple Dynamics CRM/D365 CE engagements, possess strong AI integration knowledge, and have extensive client-facing and solution architecture experience in Saa S environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions. Drive end-to-end solution delivery across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules. Architect scalable Saa S-based CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. Design and implement AI-enabled CRM capabilities using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Power Platform AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead client workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations. Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with integration, cloud, and data teams for enterprise-wide solutions. Prepare solution architecture documents, HLDs, LLDs, and technical proposals.
