We are seeking an experienced Service Now FSO (Financial Services Operations) professional to join our team and support digital transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Service Now platform development, workflow automation, and banking operations processes.
Position: Service Now FSO (Financial Services Operations) Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Service Now FSO solutions to support banking and financial services operations.
Configure and customize Service Now modules, workflows, forms, business rules, integrations, and reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Integrate Service Now with banking applications, core systems, and third-party platforms.
Support incident management, change management, customer onboarding, loan servicing, KYC, AML, and compliance-related workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Service Now development and implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Service Now FSO (Financial Services Operations) modules and capabilities.
Strong knowledge of Java Script, Service Now scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Portal.
Experience working in banking, financial services, wealth management, lending, or capital markets environments.
Understanding of banking regulations, KYC, AML, customer onboarding, and financial operations processes.
Experience with Service Now ITSM, CSM, and platform integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
Banking Domain
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Service Now FSO Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
