The role would be working for a major LTC, Closed-door, specialty Pharmacy company and has career growth potential. Looking to fill ASAP!CompensationThe pay for this position is $22 per hourBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employmentA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesShift Options Available: (all Monday - Friday with rotating weekends with a weekday off)12pm-8:30pm1pm-9:30pm3:30pm-12:00amHighlightsWork environment: Closed-door LTC PharmacyResponsibilitiesUsing prescription data entry procedures and guidelines, processes new patient registration by entering data into appropriate system.Handles patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enters refill orders for processing.Troubleshoots to obtain missing prescription information, and interprets medical abbreviations (SIG codes).Resolves all data entry related exceptions. Run automated machinery, sort medications, transition inventory through different workflow stages with a focus on quality control.Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack and ship.Clean and help maintain machinery and maintain an orderly work area.Resolves Third Party Rejects by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDVirginia Pharmacy Technician License2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experienceAttendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPreferred QualificationsSpecialty, hospital, closed-door, or LTC Pharmacy Technician experienceIf you think this position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting with Chris M. with A-Line for immediate consideration!
