Position Software-Sales Manager Location: Bangalore Reporting To: Pune Headquarters (Remotely) Key Responsibilities Drive sales and business development for: Garuda Vigil Platform RFID Solutions Retail Technology Solutions Intelligent Automation Platforms Generate and manage enterprise sales opportunities across retail and non-retail industries Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead generation Client meetings Product demonstrations Proposal discussions Commercial negotiations Order closures Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and decision-makers Work closely with the Pune HQ team for solutioning and customer engagement Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting Represent i-TEK at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events Candidate Profile Experience in: ERP Sales Software Sales SaaS Sales Technology Solution Sales Preferred Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capability Ability to work independently Strong sales orientation and commercial acumen Professional integrity and accountability High energy and growth mindset Education Graduate in any discipline MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred (MUST HAVE) Added Advantage Experience in RFID / Retail Technology / Supply Chain Technology What We Offer Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading RFID companies Exposure to enterprise and large-scale transformation projects Attractive compensation and performance incentives Entrepreneurial and high-growth work environment Career growth in a company expanding globally
