Twin Health is seeking a remote Email Marketing & SMS Ops specialist to own end-to-end Email and SMS programs on Braze, improving deliverability and testing strategies. You’ll manage creative testing, cadence, segmentation, and daily Braze operations to maximize reach.

You will build SMS from scratch on Braze, ensure TCPA compliance, log decisions, and measure results to enable data-driven optimization.
