We’re seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams while modernizing engineering practices, delivery, and developer productivity.
What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and develop engineering teams and technical leaders.Drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development.Improve engineering productivity, quality, reliability, and delivery.Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Establish strong practices around observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For3+ years of software engineering leadership experience.Proven experience leading and scaling Agile engineering organizations.Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web, and mobile technologies.Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems.Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred. xzbcwsv
Preferred: Azure, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, SQL/Snowflake, Kotlin/Swift, GitHub Actions, and observability platforms.
