Technical & Back-End Skill Strong C# expertise across .NET Framework and .NET 8 (including async/await, LINQ). Experience with ArcObjects (e.g., IFeatureClass, ITopologicalOperator) and ArcGIS Pro SDK (ArcGIS.Core.Geometry/Data) Solid understanding of GIS concepts: spatial data modeling, coordinate systems, geospatial analysis. Performance optimization: cursor handling, memory management, COM cleanup. Python scripting and server configuration (Windows/Linux). Front-End Skills Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Basic graphics/OpenGL programming Database Skills Oracle Spatial, SQL, and PL/SQL Spatial database design and administration Domain Skills Experience with ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro Data conversion across formats (XML, JSON, shapefiles) Map rendering (vector/raster), ICAO-compliant symbology and layering Computational geometry Core Responsibilities Migrate legacy ArcObjects-based code to ArcGIS Pro CoreHost (ArcGIS.Core). Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport features (runways, taxiways, networks). Develop and optimize geometry processing (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection). Build automated data import/export pipelines (shapefiles, geodatabases, Oracle). Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/ArcPy integration.
