Job DescriptionCompany Description Third Coast Wellness, P.C. is a psychotherapy practice based at 1300 W Belmont Ave in Chicago, Illinois. The practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-informed mental health services to teens, individuals and couples in person in Chicago and virtually throughout Illinois. Clinicians collaborate to create a supportive, inclusive environment that respects diverse identities and experiences. Role Description The Licensed Clinical Therapist is a full-time, on-site and virtual role based in Chicago, IL. This position involves providing teen, individual, and couples psychotherapy, including intake assessments, ongoing treatment planning, and clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. The therapist will maintain a regular caseload, building up to between 20-25 weekly sessions, monitor client progress, coordinate care with other providers when needed, and participate in case consultations and team meetings. Responsibilities also include maintaining timely and accurate records, and contributing to a welcoming, collaborative practice culture that supports client well-being and access to care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Strong foundation in Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-informed therapeutic modalities.
Experience or training in Family Therapy, including work with couples, families, and relational dynamics.
Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Illinois, in good standing.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory clinical practice.
Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain a full-time on-site and virtual caseload. xzbcwsv
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. We utilize Simple Practice
