Job Description The Fellowship aims to build and nurture athriving community of Bhumi alumni by strengthening connections, enabling career growth, and creating structured opportunities for alumni to continue contributing to educational equity. The team ensures alumni feel valued, supported, and empowered long after their fellowship journey. As an Associate, Alumni Engagement, you will Support the planning and execution of alumni engagement initiatives — including events, career support, and communications — that keep alumni deeply connected to the Bhumi ecosystem and to each other. This role is critical because Alumni are Bhumi's most powerful long-term ambassadors, and meaningful engagement turns their experience into sustained impact for education communities across India.
