One of our major luxury clients is currently seeking a Wholesale assistant for their NYC office.

Role is hybrid 3 days in office and 2 remote.
Title: Temporary Wholesale Assistant, Women’s Footwear
Start Date:December 1st, 2026Duration: Until end of February (approximately)Key Responsibilities:Assist with order entry and work within wholesale systems (training will be provided)Support the team in a client-facing capacity within the showroom during marketPull weekly sales reports for the wholesale teamOrganize client’s merchandise photoshoots after marketHelp check in with logistics and operations teams to ensure the showroom is properly set up and running smoothlyQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience or relevant internship in merchandising, planning, or wholesaleStrong Excel skills (Excel xzbcwsv test will be required) Vlookups and Pivot Table knowledge requiredTech-savvy – familiarity with systems like OES, Excel, NumbersComfortable interacting with clients and reading a roomPrevious agency experience is a plusStrong people skills and ability to work within a close-knit, seasoned team
