Management trainee

We are looking for a Management Trainee who can support business growth initiatives for our Digital Analytics and Data Solutions team. The role involves preparing client proposals and pitch presentations, coordinating with internal teams, supporting commercial discussions, and helping position analytics solutions effectively to clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand digital marketing and analytics concepts quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, and solution presentations Support client meetings, commercial discussions, and follow-ups Coordinate with analytics, sales, and delivery teams for requirement gathering and proposal creation Assist in creating business presentations, case studies, and capability documents Conduct market and competitor research to support business development activities Support internal enablement sessions for sales and cross-functional teams Help position analytics and data solutions effectively during client pitches

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills Confidence in handling client-facing discussions and pitches Strong Power Point and Excel skills Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities Basic understanding of digital marketing, analytics, or data solutions MBA/Management background preferred
