Job Description The Superintendent will report into Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Lead daily on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project delivery Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-site Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications Collaborate closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve field challenges Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams throughout construction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Superintendent role we are seeking: 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects in the field Experience within education, healthcare, office, industrial, manufacturing, retail, or government construction Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades Strong scheduling and site logistics experience Knowledge of construction safety requirements and industry best practices Ability to travel regionally when project demands require it Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with construction management software and scheduling platforms preferred What's on Offer Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience Monthly vehicle allowance or company vehicle Comprehensive healthcare benefits Strong project backlog and long-term stability Opportunities for advancement into Senior Superintendent and Operations leadership roles Opportunities for both local and traveling project assignments Employee-focused culture with strong leadership support
