Accountant - Nurall & Lokastays Location: Near Puducherry Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, on site Reporting to: Founders Nurall is looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage the financial operations of its real estate development business and Lokastays hospitality portfolio. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliations and financial records. Manage project-wise accounting for Nurall's real estate developments, including vendor bills, contractor payments, customer collections and construction costs. Handle accounting for Lokastays hospitality operations, including room revenue, OTA settlements, expenses, petty cash and property-level reconciliations. Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements, budgets and financial summaries for the founders.
