Roles & Responsibilities – Area Sales Manager – Techno Commercial

1. Drive sales and business development for food ingredients solutions across Delhi NCR and assigned territories.
2. Develop new customers in Market.
3. Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with Purchase, R&D, QA, Production and senior management.
4. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross-margin targets through effective territory planning and execution.
5. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable food ingredient/flour solutions in coordination with the R&D and Application teams.
6. Generate and manage customer trials , coordinate product samples and ensure successful conversion of trials into commercial business.
7. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations and pricing and lead commercial negotiations with customers.
8. Expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling, up-selling and introduction of new Novasol products.
9. Build a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, customer visits, referrals, industry networks and new business opportunities.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements and provide actionable market intelligence to management.
11. Coordinate with Procurement, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth order execution, customer service and complaint resolution.
12. Monitor collections, outstanding payments, sales forecasts and MIS , ensuring timely reporting and healthy working-capital management.
