Architect

Position: Architect Experience: Minimum 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to take projects from concept development through execution. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. Prepare and coordinate working drawings and construction documentation . Develop design presentations, mood boards, and material concepts. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations. Assist in site visits, measurements, and execution coordination. Review drawings and workmanship at site to ensure design intent is maintained. Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior requirements. Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material schedules when required. Manage assigned projects and meet agreed timelines and deliverables. Required Skills Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting. Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3D visualization software . Good understanding of construction details, materials, and building systems. Strong design sense and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Qualifications B.Arch. / equivalent degree from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in an architecture/design firm. Candidates with experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or interior projects will be preferred.
