Sgscare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a small, tranquil children’s home in Sway, Lymington. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and drive continuous service improvement.We welcome an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up, or an established Registered Manager. A full UK driving licence and strong people leadership are essential; experience with PACE/DDP is desirable.
