Vitora Healthcare is a physician-led, multi-specialty medical group seeking a motivated Physician to provide on-site care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the Bend, OR area rounding part-time 3-4 days per month.

What You'll DoRound on patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, including history and physical examinations and monthly regulatory visits. You'll collaborate with NPs, PAs, nursing staff, and facility leadership to coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team.
Who We're Looking For- Current, unrestricted Oregon MD or DO license- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatrics preferred- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills- Efficient, collaborative, and highly motivated
SNF experience is helpful but not required.
