About the Role

Lead brand communications, PR, media relations and influencer strategy for a growing luxury retail business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own brand identity, communication guidelines and brand consistency across channels.
• Drive PR and earned media across business, lifestyle and industry publications.
• Build strategic media, influencer and industry relationships .
• Lead brand events, launches and communication campaigns .
• Develop compelling brand narratives and content for key initiatives.
• Manage reputation monitoring and crisis communication .
• Track media visibility, share of voice, influencer performance and engagement .
• Support senior leadership with media strategy, messaging and briefing .

Ideal Profile

• 8–12 years in Branding, Communications or PR.
• Experience in luxury, retail, lifestyle or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong track record in earned media and PR-led brand building .
• Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong media and influencer network.
• Graduate degree required; Marketing / Communications specialization preferred.
