Hiring: Pre-Sales Specialist – Apple Business

Location: Delhi / NCR

Role Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to support our Apple Business (B2B/SMB/Enterprise) sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing Apple-based solutions, and supporting deployments across enterprises and institutions.

Experience Required

• 3–4 years in Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting / Solution Engineering
• Experience with Apple enterprise deployments is mandatory
• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS/iPadOS)
• Apple Business Manager (ABM) / Apple School Manager
• MDM platforms: Jamf / Intune / other MDMs

Basic understanding of:

• Zero-touch deployment
• Device enrollment & configuration profiles
• Application deployment
• Exposure to Windows / Microsoft Intune / Autopilot is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales teams to support enterprise & SMB customers
• Conduct customer discovery meetings and requirement analysis
• Design and propose Apple deployment architectures
• Deliver solution presentations, demos, and PoCs
• Support ABM setup, MDM integration, and device onboarding
• Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution briefs
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales cycles
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams

• Ability to work with IT managers, decision-makers, and educators

Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)

Apple Certified IT Professional

Jamf Certified
