Junior business development executive - ai solutions

Job Description We're Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive(BDE) – AI Solutions / Generative AI
We're looking for someone who is good at understanding business challenges, exploring new opportunities, and is genuinely curious about what AI can do for businesses.
You'll be working closely with our AI and technical team to understand what a client actually needs, identify where AI can make a difference, and help turn that conversation into a real solution.
What You'll Be Doing
• Find and qualify B2 B opportunities for our AI solutions and services
• Reach potential clients through Linked In, email, networking, referrals and other channels
• Connect with business owners, CXOs, IT leaders and decision-makers
• Explain and pitch AI solutions in a simple, practical and business-friendly way
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in B2 B Business Development, IT Sales or Software Sales
• Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Chatbots, Voice AI or Automation
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers
• Good follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with technical teams
It Would Be Great If You Have Experience With
• AI / Generative AI solutions
• Saa S products
• Microsoft Copilot
• IT consulting or digital transformation
• Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM or similar sales tools
