MS Dynamics SME - Project Management & Accounting (PM&C) & Service Management

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics SME with 5+ years of experience in Project Management & Accounting (PM&C) and Service Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

Gain a strong understanding of the MS Dynamics solution, including features configured and implemented by the third-party implementation partner.

Engage with business SMEs and key stakeholders to understand business processes, use cases, and functional requirements.

Conduct application walkthroughs and knowledge-transfer sessions for the Training Development & Management team.

Review and validate training materials and deliverables to ensure functional accuracy and alignment with the implemented Dynamics solution.

Provide ongoing functional clarification, guidance, and SME support throughout the analysis, design, development, and review phases.

Support the training team in translating complex Dynamics functionality into clear and effective learning content.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong functional expertise in Project Management & Accounting (PM&C) and Service Management modules.

Experience working with business stakeholders and SMEs.

Strong understanding of Dynamics business processes and configurations.

Experience in knowledge transfer, application walkthroughs, training support, or training-content validation will be highly preferred.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work closely with training, functional, and implementation teams.
